For the money you can't beet it. Town homes are nice. Maintenance could be better. Maybe a live in maintenance for faster and more economical repairs.

No they are not and housing would not except them for that type of program...slumlords
To be honest they are charging you what they want to charge. I live in Townhomes and pay $500 the apartments are a little cheaper
