Me & my husband had our interview on Valentine’s Day for Adjustment of status. and our officer Mr.Espinal was very nice! Not to mention their friendly security staff & a front desk lady. Our experience was a great Valentine’s Day gift for us. Overall I’m very satisfied working with USCIS. The whole process was quicker than I expected!

I went here once for our interview and another time recently to get an I-551 stamp on my passport. The whole experience was great. From the security and registration at the front to the person I spoke with, everyone was very helpful and polite. In both visits my work was done promptly. The waiting area and facilities are clean and gives a sense of calm while you wait. There was plenty of parking and getting to it was easy since the building is very near a highway exit.

Sorry, I am not a lawyer, so I can't give you any legal advice. My only suggestion is, if you don't think your current lawyer is doing a good job, get a different one. Then you have a comparison, if both struggle with the same issues, it is the issue itself and not a problem with the lawyer. Isolation of the problem is the 1st step in trouble shooting.
I had my interview on November 10th. But since they received my fingerprints smeared I has to retake them. I'm still waiting for them to be cleared. It's going to be a month, is this normal?

If you have an online account, you can check your estimated date on there. You will need your application receipt number.
On average, for Form N-400, it takes about 6 months from applying to receiving citizenship.

I have sent in a petition for my son in october with a money order for $535.00. Did not get a letter of confirmation from the department but the money order has been cashed. Calling the department but no one answers phones anymore.

You need to make an Info Pass appointment. So you can speak with an ISO as far as calling there is no govt office that you can call directly you are speaking with someone at a call center. So you will get all questions answered with an infopass as they do not accept walk in' s I hope this helps you
