ROACHES AND WATERBUGS INFESTATION. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. OUTDATED MANY PROBLEMS NOT WORTH THE RAISED RENT. STAY AWAY WHILE YOU CAN IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE!

Very nice well kept place to live. The office team along with maintenance are very caring and on time with maintenance issues.

The space and amenities are great. Good space, clean premises, but the staff is rude, will enter your apartment without notice and occasionally yell at, and slam the door on your guests, so just be weary of that.

Questions & Answers

Looking for 1st apartment... How is the neighborhood, especially in the summer time? Maintenance staff, do they answer to issues quickly? Any bugs(roaches) issue? Anything I should know before making a decision? Thanks!

All I know is that the area is a nice neighborhood anything else you would have to check it out when you look at the apartment
