I’ve always come to this CVS. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I recently went to the pharmacy and they were fast and answered questions that I was unsure about. Great staff!

Made and appointment for a covid test at 12:15 it’s now 1:10. there’s only been one car in front of me…i understand staffing shortages but this place seems to be in disarray.

Called to ask the pharmacy a quick question and sat on hold for over 10 minutes before I had the displeasure speaking to a very rude tech named Heather. Im sure CVS has some sort of customer service policy and that was NOT it. But judging from these other reviews maybe it is. Do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens down the street 🤗
