It takes weeks for maintenance issues to be addressed. My grandmother is a paying tenant and should be able to have working air conditioning and an apartment that doesn't have water leaking from the ceiling or the floor. Tennessee renters have a right to a habitable space without reprimand when asking for maintenance.

I know it's about $800 something for a one bedroom. They are with HUD though.
Not exactly sure, can't make more than 3000 or 3500 a month. Utilities included , cable 20.
They have shared laundry rooms
