This burger is an absolute joke. The workers are clueless to what is going on. We asked for a refund after waiting forever. Manager wouldn’t give it to us. Instead he came outside and sat in his red car with blacked out windows and proceeded to stared at us. Weird as hell. We definitely called corporate and will be getting our refund.

I ordered a number 1 with cheese no tomato this is what received for 10.00, half full fries and a dry coke, Customer service forget it....

Went there for lunch, we got a whopper no onion no cheese when I received it the tomatoes was the size of a pickle, the pickle wasn’t even on it, and there was a piece of lettuce the size of my pinky on it no mayonnaise, nothing like the menu picture. I’ve been there many times before and their hamburgers was always perfect and looked almost exactly like the menu. The worker there didn’t know how to ring me up when I gave him my debit card, he didn’t have a mask on, plus he got my order mixed up at first, we were there 45 minutes waiting. If I didn’t already pay for it I would have left. That whopper was not worth the wait. I won’t be going back there for a while…. when I want a hamburger I’ll go to Applebee’s or make it myself.

This Burger King in Virginia was awful. Rude customer service people, except for the cashier. Seem as though these workers can't even talk to each other. Cashier had to call someone just to learn how to do a refund because other workers would not talk to her. Sad.... wish I could give 1 half star. Food stale
