Rooms are in need of renovation. I got room on second floor next to ice machine witch is loud... I am on business trip staying a week here and I need quiet room... Working table is squeezed in corner so you are sitting and can't really back away as you have A/C unit behind you that us pretty noisy. Bathroom is extreme small and they have door open inside so you need to squeeze between toilet and sink to be able to close doors if you need to use showers or toilet. Other hotels have that doors open towards outside so that you can use restroom much more convenient... I will definitely need to think twice to come back here. I am diamond platinum status member so I am traveling a lot.

Positive: There was breakfast included. The most of the staff were really helpful and nice. Negative: I didn¿t like that the room was not entirely clean. The comforter was dirty. Floor was not entirely clean. Remotes were not clean.

I am at least giving 2 stars because upon check in the staff was friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was not bad. The room on the other hand was the worst experience I’ve had in years. The room was extremely damp and smelled horrible. The shower had very little pressure, no shower gel or conditioner left in the dispensers and the bathroom plus the room in general was not very clean.

The weekend of March 11 - 13th, we stayed at this location, and overall it was an adeqate stay. There were a few little problems here and there which caused minor issues. After traveling from DE to VA, upon arrival we checked in to a clean room. However, my wife, found human hair in the bathroom, which she didn't like. If it weren't for the time of night and getting off the road, we would have changed rooms. We had to call to have the TV remote checked out, and it turns out the sensor on the bottom of the TV had detached and was hanging on the back of the TV; once we moved it forward, the remote worked. We told them they could glue back onto the TV or replace it after checking out. It rained Friday night, and my pants were lying near the ac/heater unit. There was a leak that caused water to soak the carpet and my pants. We also had toilet issues Saturday afternoon, which required maintenance. The room and the trip were not a total loss; the room itself was clean, the breakfast choices were adequate and tasty, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was tremendous and friendly. We were in town for the weekend for a business event and after everything, we wanted a later check-out; We had to be up early Sunday morning and was worried about getting back by 11 am, we inquired about getting extended time, 1 or 1:30 pm, the latest time given was 12:30 on Sunday. We were told that was all that could be given. Other locations I've stayed in have given me to 1 or 1:30 with minor issues, but I have to respect the manager's decision. With this location, overall, the stay was 3/5. It was not bad for the price; I have stayed in better and have stayed in much worse. Would I return? Yes.
