The only reason i'm not leaving 5 stars is because many units could use major renovations. That said, I've lived here for about 4 years and plan to renew. Unlike most complexes, this one is on a nice side street adjacent to well maintained neighborhoods. It's quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and thoughtful, with a lot of dog lovers. Whenever i've needed anything or made a request, Teresa at the main office and Clinton are both super responsive, helpful, and very friendly. I've lived in a few different places over time and they are by far the most enjoyable to talk to. Good neighborhood, spacious townhomes, and good management.

I lived there for a year, and it was perfect for my needs. The only reason I moved out was because I bought a house. It was quiet, and Teresa was awesome to work with! I would recommend Hunter Woods to anyone!

Questions & Answers

I would like to see what the inside of a ground floor apt would look like. Also do you take 18 pound beagles? She very quiet at 10 years old. I would need something May1,but need to know for sure by Mar1. Thank you & be safe.
