Beautiful Church, well kept and maintained. Being of partial Portuguese descent. I take great pride in anything good that is Portuguese.

My husband's grandmother was a parishioner of this church most of her 100.5 years she graced this earth. She passed in the time of COVID, requiring a change to our traditional Catholic services. The church handled her services BEAUTIFULLY. Father spoke of such joy and how her many years gives us examples of Gods love and why we are here. We left with love and joy in our hearts saying "for now" to our grandmother until we can be united again. Thank you for giving my husband light in his hurting during this loss. He has spoken many times since how much better he felt after listen to her service. I was very impressed with Father Tony, he is doing the work our Father put him here to do.

I've been a parishioner of Five Wounds Church for 44 years. I've received my First Communion & Confirmation there. It's my "second home" you could say. A wonderful Catholic community that is not only Portuguese, but diverse and welcoming to all!!

9:00am, I think instead. Because I keep trying to get to the English mass and missing it entirely and having to go to the Portuguese mass. But there was an adorable baptism 3 weeks ago (1 Jasmin), so sweet!!
