This location used to be good, but since they hired the new manager Jessica, it’s now horrible. I own a small business and rent from U-Haul several times a week. Nothing but problems from this location. The manager is incredibly rude and unhelpful. And 90% of the time I’m being overcharged, and charge for gas even though I put gas in it and have pictures showing the gas is where it should be. Do yourself a favor and pick a different location.

I’ve rented from Uhaul many times and have never had a bad experience— until renting from this location. Morning checkout took 40 minutes with multiple screw-ups. Truck returned same day by 5pm; in-person return with Uhaul staff. Receipt emailed next day. Final straw was being charged for two rental periods/days instead of one. Local people wouldn’t refund the $20. Had to call the 800 number to get it refunded. I don’t review much, and I’m not anti-Uhaul at all. Just saying I would try another location. There are lots of good ones.

Will never use Uhaul again. Was given a truck in Nashville that I never should had been given for a trip to Richmond. I called the location the morning to return the truck was 10 mins late had to pay extra. What a joke. I had to drive a truck with a check engine light on. The drivers window was falling down. When i get to this place after passing 5 other Uhaul. Was told you will get an invoice via email. This is the last time I will ever use Uhaul. Only thing Uhau cares about is money.
