I took my daughter to Crown to get a lot. The gentleman in the office was polite helpful and very informative. The park was super nice I would love to live there myself

If you follow the rules to a T you get a 50 dollar lot credit. If you are caught breaking any of the rules, you'll pay more and more.

My daughter lived there for 6 months . they were buying the trailer . all the sudden they get kicked out . for no reason. Went up to find out why and manager wouldn't give them a reason why. I wouldn't live there .

1st and foremost you can't have eviction without a court order in Missouri or any other state for that matter. It is hard to imagine all the sudden the managers didn't want any more money if this daughter was complying to rules regulations not to mention paying the rent.

Are ther any mobile homes on site that are fixer uppers rent own and if so how much?
