Old Review (Dec 21' Review 1/5): Tried to sell me a new tire when all I needed was a patch. I went somewhere else after an hour wait. New Review (April 22' Review 4/5): I was really stressed after I accidentally ran over a huge piece of metal on the road that damaged my rim and tire. I scheduled an appointment with Discount Tire and they saved me $$ by fixing my rim for me, attaching my old tire for me and more. Thank you so much for your help!

I was told this was the place to go. Was let down. I bought tires online a week in advance and set an appointment to go in. It took almost an hour before my car was put in the bay due to walk-ins. Well walk-ins wait for appointments in my book and should be the case anywhere. Once the car was in the bay it was done in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. Just do not understand why walk-ins would take precedence over appointments that were reserved ahead of time.

Took forever even tho I had an appointment. Got there at 3:30 car didn't even get looked at til 4:15 and then didn't leave til almost 5
