Do i need to make an appointment to speak with someone about getting a Escort 9500ci Radar/Lazer Detector installed and a couple other little things. I live about an hour & 1/2 away. I also wantba Tablet installed that replaces my Clarion VZ 401.

I have some tint that fell off my window when I roll it down because I guess it must have been too cold and it was done 2 years ago. do you think that this company stands by their warranty and will replace it same day for free
