Great place to live. The management works with h everyone to insure our community is clean well manicured and will go out of their way to help out. Quiet should be out motto little bit of country but close to town. Neighbors are great people meet and greet while walking each day.

I moved to Lazy Acres several months ago and I am happy we made the choice. People are friendly and we have potluck dinners once a month. It's nice getting to know new people our age. Tim runs a tight ship here, and that is why it remains so nice. He has been so helpful and I always enjoy seeing him.
