All I can say is Wow! The older reviews of the facility really reflect how far they have fallen. It's a shame. As an employee I have nothing good to say about it. We prayed every night I worked for it to close down so the residents could go some where nicer. Employee turn around will make your head spin. That is the only review you need to know the quality of a facility.

My Mother in law has been a resident at Crown Pointe since June of 2014. She has dementia and is treated with respect and compassion by all the staff. I see the look on her face when the staff walks in and she lights up and smiles and giggles it puts me at ease leaving her with them. The facility itself is clean and welcoming. Family is always welcome, any concerns I have is always addressed. She was in 3 different facilities before Crown Pointe and if I had it to do over again she would be right where she is. Thank you CP for putting our family at ease when it comes to the care of our loved one.
