First, the young lady taking my order was SO very polite and accommodating. Then when they brought our food, it was hot and delicious! The manager even stopped by our table to check in with us. I highly recommend this place.

It’s after 11:30 PM on a Saturday. Long wait time to order food. Several cars are waiting. Team members are somewhat friendly, just slow overall. Despite long wait times, food was pleasant and well prepared. I enjoyed my meal.

Went to the second lane of the drive thru to order my food. The staff proceeded to take orders from three cars in the first lane without acknowledging me. There were no signs indicating that there was an issue with the second drive thru lane. I called the store and supposedly spoke to the manager to complain. She told me that the speaker did not work and did not offer any apology for my inconvenience. She acted like it was my fault that I didn’t know that the speaker was out. I had to call the corporate customer service number to talk to anyone who seemed to care. I will not be returning.

Took 45 minutes to get my order, my dine in order in 29 and they were on 94 by the time I got my order I tried to speak to the manager and they refused. All the employees were unhelpful and deliberately ignored us sitting in the middle of the dining area. We were trying to figure out where our food is, and I was met with an extremely bothered employee, I understand how the food industry is difficult I’ve worked in fast food, but I can still treat guests with respect, and especially with kindness if they’re not being rude. This was an awful experience and I don’t recommend it.
