I was just at Starbucks and the drive through worker was so kind and had such great energy. I think his name was Daniel, but I’m not sure. He was so polite and made my day. It is always such a nice experience coming to this location with great workers like these!

very rude black woman call her self a manager ,I stopped there to get coffee in the 4th of July holiday after noon ,and one I stepped in side I waited for someone to take my order for over 15 minutes, and when I ask her if someone can help me ,she gave me a dirty look and told me ,,we are busy right now ,, and then she came to the register and raised her vioce at me ,,what do you want? ,, I asked her nicely to get medium regular coffee ,she grabbed the cup and latterly she stick her fingers in side the cup and around it's edge for me to say something .I paid for it$3.80 and then I throw it in the garbage and left .I will never go to this location very unprofessional disrespectful woman

I love this location. I’m here just about every other day, however the last couple of times I’ve been here, my order has been prepared incorrectly. I put my order in on the mobile app, but what I get is definitely not what I sent in….I can taste the difference. I ordered this morning…same thing. The barista offered to remake it, but I didn’t have time. I use the app to save time on my way to work. Waiting around while they remake my drink defeats that purpose.

We were traveling back to Ohio from Gulfport Mississippi. Starbucks do not seem to line each exit in the south like they do here in the north. That was disappointing 😕! The bathroom was ok. The drive thru was backed up 12 deep so we went inside. They had each item requested. They were quick and friendly. I mean friendly not chatty like the Starbucks employees in Columbus Ohio.
