My girlfriend works here the manager and management is so awful my girlfriend comes home crying and she is even having bad dreams about the awful place its even effecting me the management needs to be more forgiving and more caring to the employees there is no sympathy or else this place wont last long people are gonna quit and if I was a resident I'd be one depressed shell of a man if I lived in ridge crest nursing home the food is in very poor quality as well. Better food nice management means happy management and happy employees means happy residents and a more positive environment ridge crest has nothing to offer

Really stinks that a person who lives there gave this place one star but it is correct. Terrible seeing the way these people are fed, trust me family members need to check on it. Sub par treatment.
