Had a relative try to get checked into the ER and it took over 15 minutes for them to get checked in. The lady at the desk named Judy spent more time chatting about nonsense than actually getting the person admitted. Someone like that should not be working in a place where time means everything.

2ndAmendment

This Hospital gave me a real Good feeling today ! I live in Sedalia and have recently Acquired a Very good Cardiologist ( Dr Brown) Their in Warrensburg , which had sent me to WMMC for a ECO -(echocardiogram). I'd never been here before so ,YES I got Lost in the Maze lol . Then all of a Sudden This "ANGEL IN SCRUBS" , "Joy" in the "anesthesiologist" Dept. noticed my pain , she imediatly held my arm and literally help me walk to where I needed to be ! Her personality was so uplifting and even stated how her Husband had the same issues . I Also want to thank That Young Lady in The ECO Dept she did a Remarkable Job ! Thanks Again Folks .. God Bless !

If You want to be seen here you better come by ambulance. And the ambulance patients sitting in the rooms waiting another 2 hrs before you see a dr. 4 hours at this er. And I’m still waiting! Literally watching others go to the back but not come back up front. They get placed in rooms and my pain and tears mean absolutely nothing. Oh and yes I’m the only African American in the building. But everyone else has been seen. The ambulance patients are all gone now!! This place is slow, disrespectful, and they pick and choose who they want to see! Sad part is other times was ok and I ignored certain things cause they were doing they job and cordial. Today I guess they don’t care.
