They make you wait 15-20 minutes before they can be bothered to come out and check you in. Then they tell you that the wait time for an oil change is 2 to 3 hours when there's only like two cars ahead of you. Better just to shell out for Jiffy Lube and get your car back in a reasonable amount of time than to waste your time going to Walmart.

During my last visit, they totally messed up their cleanliness quality. Huge oily boot print on my freshly cleaned driver's side carpet. Oily hand prints on my door handle, and steering wheel. There were oil drops on my front grill.

Johnny handled putting new tires on my son's truck and he is a very hard working and efficient but thorough technician. I feel safe with my son driving a vehicle that Johnny did the work on.

They weren't that busy... had an appt. and still took 2 hrs and 15 minutes to get new set put on.

Normally he or she is there no later than 8AM. But I recall last week, the gentleman who did my state inspection was there at 7AM. Hope that helps you. Mr. Sanchez
