No one answers the phone. Got put on hold, hung up after 15 minutes, twice. Used the call back feature but when I got the call it put me to the hold again.

Only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because the therapists are great. However, the staff greatly upset me today. They decided to cancel our appointment with zero notice. When I need the therapy the most, they ruin it. You would think they would try to make up for it? NOPE! They won’t make any attempt to get us in whatsoever until 2 weeks later. Can’t believe this.

I visited this location on April 6, for a broken finger, when I arrive the young lady at the counter was very rude from the start, she handed me a bunch of papers to fill out, I explain to her that I could not write due to a broken finger and I could not grab a pen, she got very sarcastic and told me to use the other hand, I explain to her that I’m not left-handed, and she told me will do the best you can other people do it without a problem, and I said to her I’m not other people I cannot ride with a left hand, at that point she told me that they will not be able to see me if I can’t fill out the papers, I asked her if somebody could assist me with them , At that point she was very sarcastic and I told her I have no problem seeing a more understanding orthopedic that’s the case. I would not recommend these people, however the doctor was pleasant, but besides that the rest of the staff was very rude
