Much easier than going to the big box stores

My wife and I just recently “Migrated” to Binks Pointe – Wellington, Florida this Summer 2022. A couple of things I wanted to share. Rocky’s Ace Hardware of Wellington is truly awesome. Yes – “Old Fashion – Neighborhood” Hardware stores are alive and well. Please allow me to take a few moments to share my thoughts about this “Wellington Gem”. (1) Early this Summer – when we settled into our home we needed to find Air Conditioning Filters which would fit our unique Air Conditioning system; Thank you Rocky’s Ace Hardware for producing custom-sized Air Conditioning filters for our home Air Conditioning system. Your staff were so polite, kind and helpful in accommodating us and getting us the right fit. (2) Finally – Just recently, we purchased an amazing Napoleon portable BBQ. Special thanks to our incredibly super kind, knowledgeable and helpful sales associate Joshua. Andrea and I greatly appreciate your kindness and helpfulness in ensuring that we got what we came shopping for. Much “Love” and “Shout Out” to “Texas” Russell for helping me recently with organizing transporting our grill safely back home. Finally – I want to personally thank the Store Manager – “Bill” for his commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and happiness. I won’t be shopping anywhere else; Truly excellent hardware store. Inventory is tremendous! Prices are extremely competitive. You won’t find this level of Customer Service at Home Depot or Lowes. A++

Our Covid safety practices include mandatory face masks in all locations at all times. We also have required staff to routinely sanitize all areas of the store especially heavily touched areas such as carts and credit card machines and you'll notice each of our cashiers are behind plexiglass walls for added safety. We have added services such curbside pickup to allow for minimal to no contact order receiving and have allowed our stores to set restrictions on maximum occupancy based on state recommendations and store size.
