My sister-in-law and her daughter had the worst experience ever at a grocery store. My sister-in-law was getting groceries (over $400 worth), her daughter decided to get a cocktail drink. When she went to purchase the beverage, the manager Carlos took her ID, looked at it, bent it back & forth, said the picture wasn't her then told her the ID was fake. This, of course, embarrassed her as it was in front of other customers and workers. She is 21 and the ID is real. My sister-in-law tried to discuss the issue with Carlos but he reacted rudely, talking down to her and still saying the ID was fake. She asked for the District Manager's phone number to make him aware of the rude and bordering on racist attitude of Carlos; however, it was not provided. The Corporate number was located but she has not been able to contact a real person with her concerns. We live in Fairfield Glade and frequent the Food City several times a week. Unfortunately, we will not shop there again because of the racist, rude attitude of "management" there.

I remember when we had to drive into town to do our grocery shopping so I love the convenience however two of the employees are rude and when you asked for something they act put out or out and out ignore you. The rest of the employees are helpful and courteous. The store is always clean.

What a joke.... only 2 registers open and self service doesn't take cash. Loads of employees standing around and the 2 registers were lined up.

First time here. Great service. Friendly people. Food was outstanding. And portions were large. If you love Mexican, this is the place.

Yes located in the lobby area
You need to have the food city app loaded. When you view the coupons in the app, there is a button to press that lets you load them to your card. Hope this helps!

You should probably just go to foodcity.com, select your local store, and then type "Coco whip" in the search bar. It will give you very accurate results for availability at every store. There are a bunch of coconut-based whip options in Crossville Tennessee but I'm not sure exactly what product specifically you are looking for.
I have never seen them.
They do have bones. You just have to ask the butcher. I don't know what they charge, though.
