****NOTICE: AS OF JUNE 15, 2020, THE WEST CHICAGO, IL LOCATION HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. THE OWNER RELOCATED THIS COMPANY TO CROSSVILLE, TENNESSEE. I brought in my Behringer mixer for repair. (they are an authorized service center for Behringer). Ray did a terrific job! My board works like it did when I bought it 8 years ago. And their prices are reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future for my audio repair needs. Couple of notes: 1. For out of warranty repairs, they charge a $45.00 diagnostic fee ($50.00 for TV’s) which is non-refundable. However, that fee is credited towards the cost of the repair. 2. They are a very busy shop. Please allow between 7-10 days to get a call with an estimate. Once you approve the estimate, their turnaround is very quick.
