Terribly slow service. 29 minutes in the drive through. When I got to the window 4 employees leaning on the front counter watching the girl run the drive through. On a positive note the waygu burger is legit fantastic.

Went for an Arby's Reuben. It was 1/3 the meat of the TV example at best. Arby's in my opinion has no business making Reubens.

Always like Arbies beef and cheddar. Long day driving. Stopped for gas and chose Pilot because they had an Arbies. Good food, nice break, then back on the road with horrible weather and in the dark. Horrible combination. So Arbies was that much better.We appreciate your feedback & look forward to serving you again soon.
