It's not the Krystal I grew up with. Maybe not surprising. I suspect the available ingredients have changed. The buns are made of a sweeter bread, for example, and the quality of the beef has declined industry-wide. On the plus side the shoppe was clean and the wait staff polite and efficient. Short version: this is the "new" Krystal, so don't go looking for a nostalgic experience.

This location is one we go to once a year to load up on Krystals since we live in North Carolina, the people who work here are amazing and take care of us very well. The manager was the best I didn't catch his name but Thank you sir for all your help. We will be back Lord willing. 😊

Krystal was good burgers were the way I remembered them small very tasty the onions were awesome the amount on my burgers even the wife commented on how the amount of onion her burger complained the burger we had a chocolate shake she wished it to be more chocolaty. Only downfall was the men's bathroom disgusting 😒 I'm newly amputated hard to get around bathroom disgusting

Great Krystal burgers, delicious, new & extra crunchy fries. Super nice crew. We travel about 50 miles each way and go a few times a year since there isn't a Krystal's near us anymore....and sometimes we just have to get our Krystal fix!
