Great chicken sandwich, friendly staff,but slow drive thur

Came here today for lunch and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. First problem was the piece of chicken was about half the size of the bun and the fries were cold. The last time I came here and ordered the same combo with mac n cheese and there were no utensils or straws in the bag.

Quick, easy, and as expected, delicious. I do wish the waffle fries were a little more crispy though.

I'm not sure. I'm here visiting and we go thru the drive thru in Gaffney.
I'm just guessing. Around 10 or 11am to 1 or 2pm. I'm not 100 percent sure.
We used drive through, inside wasn't open.
You could call corporate and they will be able to help you. I don't know your situation but im just giving some advice.
