Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one answered then I pulled up and was told that they couldn’t take my order because they were short staff. Would not recommend going late at night long wait and bad customer service overall

First time eating at a Cook Out Restaurant. The chicken sandwich was fresh, the fried cheese was good, the french fries were burnt though. Would probably try another meal tray if I visit again. Meal Trays are very affordable.
