I could not believe the atmosphere and unprofessionalism of the offices, both locations La Quinta and Monterey. Technicians were poorly trained and equipment was faulty, I was given hand written appointments on two occasions and showed up and were wrong days, in this heat, when I complained of course it was always on deaf ears. Cataract Surgery on both eyes with lense upgrades in both, over ten thousand dollars out of pocket and I still can't read the freeways signs, I still can not drive at night and I can't read my bible, I was told I would be paying for improved vision and would not need glasses................I had 6 follow up visits with my surgeon and several other surgeons including the head of the practice and all of my complaints fell on deaf ears and they all protected the original Surgeon. I would never send anyone to this Large Practice of too many patients being run through like a mill. I would not give any stars if I didn't have to
