😁 Dr.Hsu has been a true blessing. She diagnosed my symptoms and got me on the medications that I needed to help control the extreme pain and depression that I was suffering from. I still experience some flare ups but I can get by much better than before she became my Doctor she has always been extremely professional and supportive to my needs. As far as the front desk goes the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Yes your meds are in and your apt is confirmed. No you’re not confirmed waiting for authorization, Oh sorry your insurance hasn’t authorized the meds then I received a call that it had been authorized and that they would call me when the meds arrived. A Week later I thought I should follow up so this doesn’t slip through the cracks as I went through the exact same thing 6 months ago. Oh we are still waiting for your insurance to be authorized, Whattttt???? They told me it was authorized plus I am holding a letter from the insurance company saying it was authorized.Here we go again! Then they put me on long hold came back to only put me on another hold. I hung up called back because I don’t have time for this I already scheduled an appointment and I had time off through work that they canceled (keep in mind there were 3 contacts that same day saying yes you have and apt and then no you don’t back and fourth) they still don’t know what’s going on. So I hung up and called back and requested to speak to the doctor they told me I would get a return call and I never heard back from the doctor. Now I have to take time to go there before work to see if they will give me an answer this way they can’t just leave me on hold and come back without information. Keep in mind everything here has a time frame. Patients beware!!!

Terrible Doctor! Was prescribed an antidepressant/pain relief for hyperactive joint pain, Cymbalta. Sheri discontinued my refill because I missed a single appt, rather than call to check in on me she simply stopped my refill, an antidepressant SHOULD NOT be stopped cold turkey. Its now been 4 days and I can't get anywhere, I was told by her staff I'd receive a call, nothing! I am dizzy, vertigo, and blacking out. This "Doctor" has no greater concern for her paterints well being and mental, physical health...just terrible
