This is the worst rink in NorCal. The locker rooms are bad and don't even get me started on the stands! It seats like 15 people and the view is horrible. And the Cougars jersey is awful. It looks like a practice jersey

Absolutely horrible service. Staff is extremely rude. Bought a skate rental for my daughter and before we got skates we had a medical emergency happen. They refused to refund us or give us a written rain check. We never got skates and she never went skating. Will never come back here again. Nice to know children in agonizing pain don't matter. Happy holidays.....

I signed up for the "snow ball level 2" class here for my daughter and I am very disappointed. Some young teachers here do not seem to be interested in teaching at all. What they do is chatting to each other consistently and, if they are in a good mood, showing one or two movements to the kids very quickly. It's very upsetting to see that they keep ignoring the kids when they are so eager to learn. What is also very confusing is, one of the two same-level classes has THREE teachers and six students(attached pic 1), and the other class has only one teacher(very good teacher, though) and lots of students (attached pic 2). Obviously we pay the same tuition fees but do not receive the same attention and service.
