The book has regular and large print for people with regular vision and poor vision. We offer the book for free to patients, so we're not sure where you purchased it for $20. it does have good information in there and if you follow it, you should benefit.
You should go to a seminar and ask one of the doctors. Thats how I started my treatment with them.

We offer acupuncture and trigger point injection therapy. There is no dry needling in California by therapists and it can only be offered by a physician or an acupuncturist and we have both in our office.
We do not accept kaiser and HMO insurance, but we do have providers in our office that accept most PPOs and Medicare. It depends on the provider that you see.
