Afternoon weekend clerk is a perfect example of one who is complacent and too comfortable. It was not busy. She had a guest and took 15 minutes with one guest and I was not acknowledged nor did she apologize when it was time to check me in. She was cordial and knowledgeable but not brand standard. Lobby very clean.

Great front desk service, but so far I have had a roach in my room every night that I have had to take care of. Not sure where their coming from but it’s a little upsetting.

Happy to have found a last minute room during Masters week. Staff was great and super friendly. Rooms clean and nice

We would not stay here again based on our experience. It just didn't feel as clean or as nice as I expected based on reviews. Small parking lot for a 4-story hotel. Only 1 elevator that needs to be completely remodeled inside. Room had an unpleasant smell inside and stepped on carpet to close curtain and noticed carpet was wet in front of air conditioner. Just didn't warrant the excellent reviews that I read about when deciding on a hotel stay for our trip. Will stay elsewhere next time we're in town.
