Every single person I came in contact during my stay, staff wise, were so pleasant and friendly. The servers and bartenders at Augustinos were also very friendly and attentive. The food was AMAZING as well. This was a great stay and the staff made it just that way.

I can’t say enough about this Marriott. The front desk made registration a breeze, gave me a fantastic room, and did it with a smile. The room was super clean, spacious and had a river view. We loved the pool, bar and coffee shop. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

I have had several great stays here for work. My room has been clean every time. The bed (and sheets!) are super comfy. Rooms are fairly big and updated. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant and coffee shop on site, which helps tremendously for work travel. The location is great - a 5-10 minute walk to downtown and it's literally located right on the riverwalk. The staff is also very helpful. Also has a nice workout room. Great hotel!

The Augusta looks wonderful outside and some of the rooms included but, they are mayor and minor situations when someone gets a room to stay at the Augusta Marriott Convention Center. #1 it may look wonderful inside but to be detailed if you get a room at this location you are going to noticed that for instance the bathroom is having problems, when I took a shower the walls was coming apart, meaning they have cracks in the walls, and sometimes the water of the shower will get stuck up, meaning that they need to clean their sewer system, #2 in a piece of paper they leave for the person that is staying in that room them to be quiet from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, well there is no quiet at night unless is 2:00 am in morning and why is that( I am not a contractor of building)but, to be honest I believe the company who contracted the walls of that building did not put enough insulation or they place poor quality of insulation between the walls cause, you could hear everything the other person was talking about, I mean you could write a book about the other person next door to you!, #3 the bed was comfortable but, the vent where the air comes out is not big enough and is on a wrong location of the wall.
