Honestly, my trip was a mess and felt exhausting. That was until I met Logan. This man is a hero and a legend. Logan's service made me feel so welcome and so happy to stay. I wish I could explain more about how amazing my customer service experience was with this man. He helped me with everything I needed, never seemed bothered, and was just here to make my trip an absolute blast. If I could rate the employees at this establishment, he was an absolute 11/10. If the management needs to reach me, feel free to respond, otherwise- Logan if you're reading this, keep being you.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and very relaxing. And clean the employees there were very polite and friendly and very helpful .The bed was very soft n comfortable it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud of cotton. I would definitely be staying there again.

Positive: The staff member at the front desk was very nice. Negative: Carpets were very stained in two different areas & the toilet didn't flush well.Tried to get another room and was told they were sold out for the night & had no maintenance on staff. Hotel guests smoking lots of pot in the hallways & it got into our room

Positive: The bed was comfortable but I am unsure about it's cleanliness. Negative: The elevator and hallway smelled strongly of weed. There were roaches in my room, baby ones and adult sized ones with egg sacks on the butt. There was a used bandaid behind the toilet and a discarded pack of grape jam behind the curtain.
