Positive: Close to interstate Negative: Room was not clean. Bathroom was disgusting. Front desk ran my card for the stay as well and now I am waiting for the money to be returned to my bank account. For this to be rated a 3 star hotel it is clearly 1.5.

The staff here really went out of their way to make sure my family and I were satisfied. Anytime we asked for something, they would provide it immediately and had a great attitude about it. Someone at the Bistro even remembered me and gave me a free coffee because they were out of what I wanted three days before.

The clerk who greeted me was kindly asked if any rooms were available? Mr. Harris, dressed very casually so I could have mistaken him as another patron, response was “no, we don’t have any rooms”. This was disappointing since my wife and I had car trouble and it was about 10 pm and we had a rough night. He then said, “Aw, I was just kidding”. After it was clear from the expression on my face that I didn’t find his flamboyant sense if humor entertaining, he modified his behavior to a more professional manner. As a titanium member, I am indeed disappointed at the service, and the room, which lacked soap, was not well cleaned, and was dank smelling. I expressed these concerns to Mr. Wolfgang, who was also very also dressed casually but at least had a name tag on and he apologized for Mr. Harris and the disappointing service. I think Courtyard offers very little compared to other Marriott packages and it certainly isn’t cheap. I may consider spending my money at Hampton Inn across the street, since the reward points don’t add up to the hassle. And I’m sure they have their own rewards system, albeit not any better, I imagine.

The Gifted Teacher

I enjoyed a clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located. The only complaint was the pool was cold and the water was verry salty when I swam underwater. I would recommend this place and definitely will stay again.
