Stopped in to pick up some food and stocking stuffers (pumpkin treats!) for my dogs. Excellent selection of products and great customer service. The store is right near Planet Fitness, very convenient.

JR. Went out of his way the get me the right muzzle for my Malinois. We tried 3 different muzzles none fit. He was able to get 1 custom maid. PERFECT!! And at a very fair price!!

I’m not one to negative reviews or review in general but this was just upsetting: I’ve been into this shop a couple times and usually have a great experience, there’s one guy there who’s always very nice and help full, the last time I went in i left very upset. This shop has a variety of things which is great, they sell patches for dog harnesses here. Varrying from “do not touch” to “therapy dog”. I was looking for and “blind” or “deaf” patch. Instead I was met with criticism and judgement by a different man working there. Upon asking to see if they had a patch (which is very common) he was shocked, He asked if I’m “going to get rid of it” (it = refering to my dog), then proceeded to lecture me saying IM selfish and I should put ”it” down. I proceeded to tell him I’m well aware of the quality of life aspect and told him she’s happy and does the things she still loves to do. I will know when it’s time, and when she’s not happy. He proceeded to just stare at me with a face of judgement, Even as I left the store. Still giving an extra star because the store itself has wonderful variety of things you can’t find normally in regular pet shops and usually friendly staff.
