DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Rooms smells like bleach, there are BED BUGS. Pillows got stains. The lady at the front desk is very rude and dirty. It’s better of to save your money and sleep in your car. We couldn’t even stay the night we left in the middle of the night….THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. It's bad when the place is dirty but the female who works here's mouth is even dirtier! She has no customer service skills at all, definitely doesn't know how to speak to a disabled veteran. Complained about service dog had too much hair so now she had to clean all the linen 😲 thought linen should ALL be washed anyway. I wouldn't let my dog shed one more hair in this disgusting place. Wouldn't recommendthe taliban to stay here!

DO NOT STAY. I’d give -5 stars if I could. I wish I had just slept in my car in a Walmart parking lot. The reviews on this hotel are all spot on accurate it’s horrible I wish this place could get shut down it’s a health risk how dirty everything is. Blood stains all over pillows and sheets I asked for replacements and the rude lady from the front office told me to go to Walmart and buy some if wanted. I wouldn’t stay here even if it was free. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else or sleep in your car at a Walmart close by.

Our room was filthy. Roaches so bad we slept with bathroom light on. Two mice were out in the room behind the TV stand. Phone did not work. Towels were torn and oil stained. No one asked for our dirty towels and woman actually said not to ask for them back until tomorrow. Like 2 towels were assigned to us. No washcloth. No soap shampoo or trash bags. We asked for 2 days and still no trash bags.Only one roll of toilet paper provided. We asked for clean sheets and blanket and were told to wash ourselves on our own dime. I plan on sending a health dpt violation as well as a complaint to Better Business Bureau.
