Showed up like I normally do and like all the employees were late for work they didn't even show up on time at 9:00 so I was just sitting there waiting and then my mushroom chicken comes out burnt and it takes forever they offer me a free meal and then when I call in to get the free meal they tell me no I need a receipt

We used to love to pick up dinner weekly if we had been too busy to cook. Yesterday was one of those days. We hadn’t been in for take out in over a year and we were looking forward to our favorites - orange chicken, Kung pao chicken, Bejing beef and chicken with green beans - what a disappointment. The take out boxes were smaller, the orange chicken had the taste and texture of frozen food, the bejing beef was over cooked & had texture of jerky. Chow mein had a gummy texture. I know restaurants are cutting corners to remain open but this was too much. We will not be returning.

Called in delivery. Portions were below average. Food arrived with no condiments. We ordered a large teriyaki chicken. It came with no teriyaki sauce. Tried to call store to follow up several times with no answer during business hours.

Worst panda I have ever visited in the valley. Had a a plate with Chowmein an no entrees like how do you forget your entrees . An manager was no where to be found so we can resolve the issue
