With all honestly, yes they have a play area for kids but I literally have been waiting here for 2 hours and still have not gone in. They can’t tell me how much longer I have to wait. We had an appointment, we shouldn’t have to wait this long with small children. Kinda ridiculous.

The staff was efficient, courteous and friendly. They seemed to be understaffed, as there was no one at the desk upstairs when I went to select my new glasses. The virtual exam by the doctors was well done, thorough and impressive. Although their offices need some refurbishing and upgrades, overall I would recommend their services.

Dr Chang is awesome. But you have to decide if bad service and appointment changes all of the time are worth the wait. In the last 4 years my appointment has been changed EVERYTIME. If if. Or the dr not coming in they try to cancel as they overbook him. Today they cancel and I’m on hold for 31 minutes. That’s just BAD Service. I love the doc but again the service is poor.

Don't know. My service today was very good. Maybe satisfied customers don't post.

Did you mean are there "lots" of doctors on staff? Yes, but it is an extremely busy clinic because it became the primary ophthalmic practice associated with Desert Oasis Health Care Medical Group for ALL their Medicare Advantage patients. Hard to get through to front desk when calling.

does Dr Samuel work here

Yes, Dr. Samuel works there (handling macular degeneration issues, etc.), as well as Dr. Solano (handling glaucoma issues, etc.), plus other opthalmologists and optometrists.
