Great sound quality and its fantastic having a waitress come on the floor by the stage to take drink orders, that way you dont lose your spot up front. Only downside really is the restroom being down a couple flights of stairs

The acoustics kind of suck but it's clean

Went to see Spiritualized last night. Great show. I have been going to see shows there since the late 80’s. Jam is taking good care of the theater. The sound was amazing. The facilities clean. We needed some ADA accommodations because my friend just had surgery. The staff were so nice. The girl who brought us to our seats came back and checked on us. It was a great experience just like back in the day. I prefer to give what little entertainment dollars I have these days to a place like the Vic.

Rude staff, they treat you like cattle. Really disrespectful!

It depends on the show. Check the website.
Depends on the show. Different artists require different security checks.
Yes, the Belmont Red Line stop is about a 3 minute walk. :)
Not allowed
Depends on what time they allow people to line up. I would call them and ask then get there 30 minutes to an hour earlier than that time.
Have you been to a show before? Figure 2 hours after the headliner.
You can only be in your SpotHero during the times you reserve it for
No, only if you have concealed carry and are an off duty police officer. They have maximum bag sizes too. Like 2x2ft. No outside food or drinks. No weapons. No drugs.
I'm not sure what you are asking but if ur asking if it is far from Chicago it is on the north west side of the city
I can tell you that they nearly strip search you outside, and they threw away my medication pills because they "don't know what it is". Absolutely hilarious, so be sure to bring nothing at all. Oh, except for all the marijuana scent in the air during the concert which they clearly failed to have people throw away during their TSA search.
General Admission is typically the entire theater unless the show has something else specified.
Yes
U just cant drink liquor, and they check bags, no outside food either. If no concert and u wanna just watch movies, u good!
Theres a garage across the street, but it tends to fill up early.
Sometimes it is per the request of the artist who is performing.
I stayed at the Inn at Lincoln Park when I was there recently. It's a 17 minute walk from the theater, and while it's an older building, it's clean, and quiet, and there is shopping and restaurants around its neighborhood.
You can go with your guardian. If you are 17 and have an 18 year old friend you will not get in.
March is a while away. No telling what mandates we will/won't have by then.
Most events at the Vic are standing only on the main floor and seats in the balcony. If they can climb stairs and come early, they may get a seat. The neighborhood is meter or Permit parking for residents. Book a parking spot which you can cancel if you luck out on the street. Also there is a Red Line train stop less than a block. See you at the show!
The parking garage is validation parking you enter get your parking ticket then validate when u leave in parking garage lobby
They have standing room and seats for GA, I usually go up to sit down no one ever asked me what type of tickets i bought.
Go to their website!!
She is scheduled to appear at the Vic theater on that date. However, that show is sold out. If another show is added, I will update this post.
No
Agree with the other answers. Between 1000 and 1400 depending on the configuration. Great place for concerts.
You cant bring in drinks, food or, cameras with changeable lenses (DSLR). Only seating is in balcony.
Jam productions
Lots of taverns within walking distance that should be most accommodating with probably better selections, too.
I easily found a parking on the street for just $2.00 on the Par Chicago app. After 10 pm the street parking was free.
It depends on the show. I have been to both ga and assigned events.
I don't think that information is available to the general public unless you call the theater directly. If they had the information available it would be on their website, but it is not. Call the Vic.
