You should call them to really find out the real deal
you can get it for a private event, however, it is not going to be cheap. The venue is going to figure out how much money they would lose and charge you, more likely than not, a flat fee. Then, if you want to have a bar you have to get their bartender pay for their booze and it just goes from there. There should be some sort of ala carte menu that explains what they offer and the cost for each. If you're doing a private concert, it will be pretty expensive just because you have to use all their sound people typically... Unless you have your own
