To be honest, it was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I signed with this company after interviewing almost 8 other agencies, 1st week in the agent I chose left. Communication was a nightmare, I don't know if it was because they were so busy but when I needed help the most I could not get in touch with anyone. Tom Daves called me and gave his number in case I needed him and when I tried. never answered after several attempts. I ended up showing my home almost 30 times in 2 days by myself . In fact in the entire process I don't think anyone from the office ever saw my house , except for the person that left the company. I had to turn to another agent from another company to answer my questions. Sorry Tom and Natalie, but this process was very bad for me and my family. And yes the home sold, but I was the customer.. I chose you because I needed the super customer attention and help I paid for. Sorry for the review but maybe the next person will be treated better because of this. Tom
