Here I am trapped in this line like traffic on the highway.. no update or " sorry for the wait" only thing fast about the is how fast my gas is leaving my tank! Communication is key. Someone should have came out an told customers why we are waiting like as if I was being seated on Mother's day at Olive Garden!.. no apology at the window or acknowledgment of the time waiting for food that went up in price an down in quality plus quantity. Might have been an understaffed issue but never again! " I miss Rally's"

20 minutes of being at window and still don't have food. Can see female employees snacking on same fries that is being put into customers boxes. Don't care about COVID but damn that's just not sanitary. Avoid this location at all costs.

This location just plain sucks. It's always empty at 11:30 which is convenient for my lunch but it always takes atleast 10 minutes and I'm the only person in line. Today the employees just showed up and nothing was on and ready so had to go somewhere else and the last time I was there for lunch they didn't know how to turn on the soda dispenser so I had to leave.

I just got home, unwrapped my checker burger bit into it and looked at it. There is mold on the bread. Absolutely disgusting 🤢🤮
