This is a very ethical practice. If you are seeking opiates (with refills, like some reviewers appear to be!), this is not the place for you. I have had repeated excellent experiences and refuse to go anywhere else. Dr. Pandhi is super nice and does not try to upsell me on unnecessary services, as many dentists have tried to do in the past. Taylor is a phenomenal hygienist and gets every stain off of my teeth...they look like I had a professional whitening job! The front desk staff is also very kind and competent, and they follow honest billing practices (not every dental office does this, sadly). The office is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Highly recommended!

Be very careful and make sure they are doing exactly and I mean exactly as you wish and not what they want to make extra money ! Watch what you are being charged for, they will charge you for things you did not want done !!!!!!!! I will be filing a compliant with Better Business bureau and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry this week. Would give zero stars if possible.

All the staff and doctors are very nice, they explain the full process to you and give you their recommendations. And they don’t make you feel bad if you need a lot of work done
