How much for a 1 bedroom a month??

Do you have washer &dryer in the apartments?

Our income qualifications depend on amount of occupants whom will be occupying the apartment. Please call our Management office or email us for the maximum income limits. Thank you!

The current monthly rental rate for the one bedroom one bathroom is $841.00. The monthly rental rate for the two bedroom one bathroom is $1,000.00 (rental rates are subject to change). No. They have apts with one and two bedrooms. They also have upstairs and down stairs. So you have only one door, your front door. The layout of apt is nice and they have washer and dryer hookups.
