I have lived in the Flats for two years and highly recommend the is building to anyone looking for an apartment in Boystown. This was the first place I moved to when I got to Chicago. I moved in after only seeing a video of my unit in the midst of COVID and was shocked by how quickly the building became home. The leasing staff are all super friendly and helpful. They really care about their residents and put a lot of effort into making residents’ experience is nothing but positive. They hold parties and socials for the building throughout the year including catered food, drinks and even raffled off a free month of rent at last year’s holiday party. The door staff is very attentive - they are quick to learn your name and go above and beyond to ensure packages are in order, keep the building secure, and welcome you when you come home. The building also has a great sense of community, largely because of the amenities used by so many of the residents - pool/hot tub open 5 months of the year, great gym, big dog run, beautiful terrace, and a community room that you can rent out for private events. It’s a great place to make friends if you are just getting to town. I could not speak more highly of this building.

Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Great amenities, reasonably priced, helpful and friendly staff, good sized dog run, and fun organized events!

Living at Halsted Flats was great! The location and amenities were great and the staff were amazing (especially Joe, Ric, Del and the cleaning staff) and they treated my dog like their own and were always willing to help out in any way. Any maintenance issues were fixed quickly! The views were also pretty neat!

$3000 for a one bedroom. No thank you. Leasing staff are rude and sound annoyed. Maybe they don’t want people to move in. If you don’t like to work on Sundays just don’t work. With pandemic there are many other buildings offering better deals. Guess what Halsted place you won’t be getting my money. Thank you for responding, I think you are miss judging. Better places around the area for better prices and less attitude. Soft spoken does not equal rudeness. I suggest you check further your employees and your comments until you have full facts. Thanks for nothing , joe
