I’ve been to this store before and had such a great experience with the older guys that were there. They made sure the boots were good and I had no issues. Small things honestly but things that matter. I had to order insoles for my other boots for work and the girl that helped me ordered the wrong size. On top of it, I don’t live close by so I told her if I could have them shipped it would be better. Long story short, turns out they carry them in stock, never had to order them. She ordered the wrong size.. a small instead of an XL (how do you make that mistake) and when I called today to let her know she made a mistake, her first response was that it could have been a co worker.. wow so I’ll be returning my boots, and insoles. Go somewhere else

I want to highlight the excellent service from the Geneva Red Wing Store. I stopped by the store to see if it would be possible to add speed hooks to a pair of 877 boots. The team was professional. Not only could they add the speed hooks, but they offered to add them while I waited. It was a great overall experience. I highly recommend visiting the store. The team working there is friendly knowledgeable, and they care about providing excellent service.

Kyle and his team are great! Very courteous and professional every time I have been there. Ending up buying 2 pairs of boots due to the help and assistance I received at this location. Another customer who was a location getting his boots treated said he will always come back to Geneva due to the care they gave. Thank you.
