I went into this location on Saturday afternoon to browse for modern and/or contemporary bedroom furniture. As I was perusing, a tall black man came to "assist" me. I told him what I was looking for and he was helpful in that he told me which rows to visit to see the furniture that I was looking for. He also mentioned that there was 36-month financing available. However, when I asked him if there were any specials currently available, he lied and said no. I heard the other salesperson just speak with another customer and inform her that there was a 10% discount on purchases available. I wondered why this person did not inform of such and I asked him. I told him I overheard the other salesperson mention the 10% off and he proceeded to lie again and say, that's what I mean 36-month financing or 10% off. I guess I have a hearing problem because he never mentioned the 10% off. Furthermore, my plan was to pay for the furniture in full. I have no need to finance it so the 10% off is the only thing I was interested in. I was so disgusted I decided to go to Ashley furniture where they offered 25% off and the salesperson appeared honest and upfront about all of the available specials.
