Was at mercy today to get a imaging scan on my left Arm for a mass that I had felt.. Reception was very nice and I was worried as I use a cane for the distance to walk..well imagine it practically in the main lobby..reception in the department was great as well.. I was there 15 minutes early and was called in right on schedule. The tech was a young man who introduced himself right away..Dakota..very professional..asked all the right questions and thru it all smiled..explained everything he did and a ggentleman thru out the entire process..I know Mercy may have some issues..I remember last year staying over the food was notgreat..but I've been there many times..the nurses are the best as I think they can be even with not always being g enough.. If you need imagine choose Mercy..its clean..very nice and located in a great place by the front door. Thank you Dakota and everyone at Mercy..and no I dont know anyone there personally but they are great people there Jim Lawn appreciates you all

If you are a person of color, please go somewhere else, even if you have to crawl!! I beg of you not to go there!! Was in a room and I told her several times I was is extreme pain. Nothing. She literally goes to the room across from me (patient is a white woman) the patient says she she was out of breath about three days ago but it came back, but she wasnt in pain, just concerned. Doctor says " okay, were gonna run some labs and a nurse will be right with you to give you pain medication to get you comfortable." I was shocked! I went to another hospital and got taken seriously. I found out I had the flu and an infection.

My mother was there for seven days it was obvious that the staff cared however it was obvious that there was lack of communication between providers. A position said that a social worker would be in tomorrow to talk to us. We waited all day for her to come finally I had someone call and she said she never knew. My mother had seven children so we were with her at all times when it was visiting hours. I don't know what people do that don't have family to help them when they're sick. Having a large family is paid off for my mom!

Contact the medical records department.
Only if you get checked in to ER for an emergency issue or as part of your pre-surgery protocol. If you walk in for a well-being no-symptom test, you may be waiting hours while the emergency patients are triaged in before you. I would recommend a walk in clinic, drug store test or drive up testing site for non-emergency testing.
By the north parking lot, closest to Sullivan Rd.
